    Program Information

    SPRING/FALL IN-HOUSE INFORMATION

    PSC's In-House Program consists of 200-300 Children between the ages of 2-7. The Spring & Fall Programs each run eight weeks with the Spring Program running from April-June & the Fall Program from September-November.

    The Spring & Fall sessions run 1x a week for U3 & U4 age groups & 2x a week for U5-U8 age groups; with one day dedicated to training & games on the other. Training Is an hour long and conducted by Philadelphia Soccer Club Trainers (All Former High School & College Soccer Players) & Games are (2)-30 minute halves with a half-time. Our U3 & U4 age groups will meet for 1 hour each week, 30-minutes dedicated to training, 30-minutes dedicated for a scrimmage.

    Games for outdoor are Reffed By Philadelphia Soccer Club Referees (High School Aged Boys/Girls) and subs are completed by Volunteer Parents from each Team.

    SPRING 2020 SCHEDULE

    U3 (2017 birth year) Will meet on Saturday mornings from 9-10AM throughout the season. PSC Trainers will manage training each week.

    U4 (2016 birth year) **PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE WITH THIS AGE GROUP** Due to numerous suggestions over the years, we are switching our U4's to 1-day a week, this age group will now meet on Saturdays ONLY from 10-11AM each week. PSC Trainers will manage training each week & it will consist of 30minute training followed by 30minute games. Volunteer parents will no longer be needed for this age group.

    U5 (2015 birth year) This age group will meet twice weekly; games will be held on Wednesday nights from 6-7pm & training will be on Saturday mornings from 9-10am. *Volunteer coaches are needed to help with the games for this age group, please reach out to the director if interested. *

    U6 (2014 birth year) This age group will meet twice weekly; games will be on Saturday mornings from 9-10am & training will take place on Wednesday nights from 6-7pm. *Volunteer coaches are needed to help with the games for this age group, please reach out to the director if interested. *

    U7 (2013 birth year) This age group will meet twice weekly; games will be on Saturday mornings from 10-11am & training will take place on Wednesday nights from 6-7pm. *Volunteer coaches are needed to help with the games for this age group, please reach out to the director if interested. *

    U8 (2012 birth year) This age group will meet twice weekly; games will be on Wednesday nights from 6-7pm & training will take place on Saturday mornings from 10-11am. *Volunteer coaches are needed to help with the games for this age group, please reach out to the director if interested. *

    1. What does my child need each session?
    • Each child will need soccer spikes, sin pads, a size 4 soccer ball (3 is okay, no size 5) & a water bottle for each session.
    1. I think my child is too advanced for their age, can I move them up?
    • Special accommodations can be made by the director & will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
    1. I'm interested in coaching my child's team, where can I find more information?
    • Parent volunteers are needed for the U5-U8 age groups, volunteers are asked to assist with their team's substitutions. Please contact the director for more information.
    1. Where are the game schedules/field locations?
    • Game schedules & field locations will be posted on our Website (www.philasc.org) the first week of the season.
    1. How will I know if in-house is canceled due to weather?
    • An email will be sent out the morning of, as well as a posting on our Facebook & Twitter pages. Please check our social media pages in addition to your email.

    WINTER INDOOR PROGRAM


    The Winter Indoor Program is played at The Northeast Racquet Club 1x A Week On Saturdays *only. Each age group has 1-hour which is split into thirty minutes of Training and Games, both conducted by Philadelphia Soccer Club Trainers.
